Pleasant
Location is very good when you need to go around Makati and prefers to be within walking distance to the malls in Ayala. The staffs are helpful and attentive on a standard level.
You can get better place to stay with the same.offer or less with better breakfast options. Take note that the breakfast is not buffet, but plated. So if you opt to stay here, you can choose with no breakfast and have it somewhere else.. The TV was also not working, or the cable provider was down. .

Great and convenient place to stay for short work trips, loved the clean and comfortable room
The location is very convenient, it's a 5-minute drive away from the venue of my conference and a short walk away from my partner's workplace. The staff is very accommodating, and our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy.
The hallways were dimly lit, making walking around at night a bit creepy. Also, when we entered the room, we immediately saw a tiny cockroach on the floor.

Great location and good value for money
Breakfast was good. The location was great, just a short walk to Makati shopping malls
WiFi worked well in the foyer and the breakfast area but in our room it only worked when standing beside the door. Sitting on the bed there was no WiFi connection at all.
